RESEARCH

Since the portal is intended for the company's internal suppliers, the customer had a precise Terms of Reference. We conducted a study of the ready-made functionality on a focus group of the company's real suppliers. Their feedback helped us to develop the most convenient and practical functionality possible.

DESIGN CONCEPTS

We drew all user Flow and created an animated design prototype. This allowed us to test how convenient the service would be for the end user even before the layout stage. This helped us to identify and eliminate defects and submit the final correct and harmonised version to the layout.
